we have tried turning the switches off of the electrical panel but that doesnt work
Given the caveats you suggest, the only thing you can do is email your parents for help. Or, if you have facebook, put a call out for help tour friends. Someones parents should be able to help out either by loaning you their AAA card or by loaning you some funds to call a tow truck to let you in. Otherwise, you will have wait till mom and dad come home or mail you another key. If you have to break a window to get in, make it the back one. It easier to replace and least costly. And remember young lady, it is NEVER a good idea to insult those you are asking for help as you have done here by using all of those caps in a condescending manner. We are all here to help you as best we can. Most of us care about our fellow Answers folks. I hope it all works out for you. Also, can you use your email to have a friend call mom or dad? A relative maybe that knows the phone number of the family member they went to help? You might try looking at mom or dad's contact list to aid you here. You might try this as a last resort. Take a coat hanger and a piece of wood. Wedge shaped wood, you may have to shape it yourself. Push the wood down between the window and the door seal nearest the door handle. Bend a hook in the end of the hanger and insert it at the door lock area. Try to hook the metal rod that activates the lock by pulling the hook upwards. See if you can find help on line in the video how to section. Go to videos, then type in how to open locked car door with a coat hanger. Good luck little lady, I hope this helps you.

You seem to have a computer so you can still text or skype a locksmith or a tow truck driver, they usually have a tool kit to open a cars door, don't attempt it yourself, you can easily damage the car.
it helps if you tell us the type and model of the car, and how are the door lock placed, for example, a pull up stick is easier because you can push in an iron hanger , and try to budge the lock upwards, theres usually a small space either between the door and window, or if your door opens upwards, theres usually some space that u can insert a rod inside, u need to have a flexible but rigid iron tool so u can open i t i know this info since ive worked in assembling cars and theres always a way out , i just hope that you can have a luck in finding the lock. worse comes to worse, try opening the trunk of the car if its a button u press, or if it doesnt work, which is not recommended, break the back window seat glass
