Answer:

Uhm60 pounds in less than 3 months? Dude i think your thinking about steroids or a huge amount of weight loss pills If you want to work out, start every 2 days working out on your stomach, triceps, biceps MAINLY
Not sure why you would want tolosing that much weight that fast is incredibly unhealthy and potentially could send your body into shockthat being said cut most fat out of your diet, then swim or bike both these work on core strength as well as toning the entire body
if you are looking for exercise, every jump you loose a calorie and every step up the stairs you loose a calorieIf you work out for an hour a day, it will help you loose weight and fastAlso proper dietingTake your desired wait: ex135 Then you add a zero and that is the amount of calories you consume a day: 1350This will help a lotMy aunt did this and lost 20 pounds in two months.
Well, look at it as 20 pounds a month, so 5 pounds a week (on average)All you have to do is get an hour or two of exercise every dayKeep your diet balanced - stop eating when you're content, not stuffedEat healthy foods, and only eat when you're hungry; not just for fun, cause that's not good for you :PEat breakfast every day! A healthy one, like a piece of fruit or a granola bar.
how long have u had the stuff and is it still in the packaging?? if so take 30 prct of current pricing and sell itif its not in packaging and has been sitting around a while u won't get but maybe half what current price is more than likely expect to get 1/4 what its currently selling for newu might can get someone local to buy it for more but no one buys turbos that have been sitting around without some sort of warranty.unless price is dirt cheap.and even then they may notrepost with pictures and might b able to help u a little more but probably not.
