Question:

i recieved a parking in front of a fire hydrant ticket in tucson. and i was wondering if any of these factors?

applied to me or could help me get out of the ticket, The first factor is that i was technically parked at 351 N fremont and the ticket says 300 N fremont. This would put me at the wrong side and the wrong end of the block. another factor i was curious about was civil tickets in tucson. from what i understand all civil tickets must be hand issued to you by a police officer within 30 days of the violation. Does this rule apply to this ticket. And where can i look this up.Thirdly, not sure if this would help, but the curb is pink, not red, and i haven't heard of any laws applying to this color of curb.any advice would be greatly appreciated including any other ideas on how to beat this.

Answer:

hmm i'm on your postiion with a cat and a telephone. so i guess you should purely stay on-line and answer extra questions. then watch some television take a sleep. study a e book. pay interest to radio. take the canines for a walk. bathe the canines after the walk. then make some dinner
Our smoke detector goes off if I boil water and the steam gets to it, silly technology.
Check your system to see if you have in line electric duct heaters, they use for additional heating along with heat pump for large areas or upstairs in house, could be dust burning off, a heat pump works off a reversing vavle on the compresser to use hot gas to produce heat, if by chance that reversing valve is leaking it would be outside, call a tech or first change the detector, i have heard of just air movement setting them off. good luck
heat pumps need a back up system are you sure you don't have a gas furnace it sounds like you may have a faulty gas furnace and/or a faulty gas appliance of some sort you need to get this checked asap.
Where is The CO detector located,, Try relocating it, but buy another and put it in the place the other one was and see if the new one goes off. I know this sounds stupid, but do not just blow this off as a bad detector Yes Moisture can set off detectors,,, is it mounted on duct work to sense air moving past it inside the duct, ,, and a humidifier is down stream from it is it near a bathroom and getting moist air after a shower ,,,are you pulling outside air in to the house when your blower starts,, are you burning wood in a fireplace,,, is your house built on a hill and higher then the neighbors house next to you and have a attic vent on his side of your house and he is burning wood..are you burning a lot of candles,,, Any other gas appliances that use gas,, hot water heater ,,gas logs in a fireplace,,, car running in an attached garage..?? If your in good terms with neighbor,,, see if you can put it in his house and see if it goes off there,, all else fails,, call a heating contractor, or maybe even the fire department Good luck,, I hope some of this has helped,,, Bob G
