I want one whole bedroom wall from ceiling to floor as a mirror but not actual glass. Is there anywhere I could buy a roll of something similar or even a paint that will give the same effect?

It's easier to glue safety pin onto a flat surface if you also use a small piece of cloth over it. Use tacky white glue, Gorilla glue, or any of the Goop glues (Crafter's Goop, E6000, Amazing Goop, etc) and put an oblong blob where you want the pin to go. Set the pin in the glue, and then take a small piece of cloth, about 3/4 x 1 or even 3/4 square. Lay that over the glued part of the pin, and glue the cloth in place. It helps the pin stay better. O course, if running to the crafts supplies store is an option, get flat-back pins meant to be glued onto flat surfaces. Otherwise, safety pins and cloth will work fine.
My initial guess would be silvered mirrors because they would only serve to absorb and not reflect the x-rays, but as Tim Wilson says, I could be wrong. These questions get wierder by the declining hour.
