Question:

i want to export stone to usa using wooden pallets?

Please guide me what documents are required especially the name of the certificate that is required for the wooden pallets as per US requirements.

Answer:

It's palette. Use a gel or extender. Look at Youtube videos.
Palette knives come in a variety of shapes and sizes. They also require a fair amount of practice to develop a light touch. You can spread the paint thinly by using the edge of the tool, sort of a scraping action, or apply thick (impasto) paint by holding the blade flat against the support as you move it. I don't think you want to use extenders or thinners, except perhaps to lay-in an under painting. You can save some paint by first toning the support, to avoid trying to cover all the white primer with thick paint. You will also want to experiment with optical blending, running several colors together on the support, rather than premixing on the palette. You can apply glazes to knife paintings, but be sure to let the thick paint dry thoroughly before applying a thin glaze. The same rule applies to varnishing a finished oil painting; the thicker the underlying layers, the longer the painting should dry before varnishing. By its very nature, knife painting is meant to be impasto, so if saving paint is a major concern I suggest you forget the palette knife and stick to brushes.
