It depends if you have manual or power locks. I changed manual locks myself on my old Mazda 323. I think there were like $100. You buy a set of new locks at the dealership. You take off the inner part of the door, then it's pretty obvious from there.
If its eyes are open and it is walking okay on its own then it is probably at least 6 or 8 weeks old. Try feeding it a small portion of wet cat food, it should be able to eat it if it is at least this age. If it will not eat the wet food, you can buy kitten milk at most any grocery, pet, or superstore (Kroger, PetSmart, Petco, Walmart). Also, be sure to offer it water, use shallow dishes for both food and water. I have taken care of many kittens in my life and they are usually very resilient, but you should have it checked by a vet as soon as possible since it may have worms. These are easily taken care of with the proper medication. Other than that, just give it a warm safe place to sleep and lots of love. Good luck!
