It will limit hauling a little but people really want confort. It wont effect it much and will make it up in performance and ride. Still strait axels will have less problems, you choose.
straight axle trucks rode stiffer and were harder to get a good alignment but were very strong (how many replacement axle tubes are for sale vs. new a arms)
