Answer:

Press charges, no one deserves to go through what you had to go through. What he did is one of the most disgusting crimes.
You ****** up. You have no evidence. You got your little cherry popped and you waited too long to report it. Now he will just deny it and it would be his word against yours. His lawyers will trip you up and make you look like an idiot. Your memory may be off. You will lose. Moral of the story is, if you are raped save your bloody panties, clothes and put them in a paper bag (not plastic). Do not take a shower or a piss. head to the emergency room and ask for a rape kit. You are supposed to do that when you are raped and not wait month. Let it go. You'll get over it. Like Whoopi said, It was not rape rape.
It happened over the summer. That was a while ago. Yeah, it sucks what happened but you waited too long. What proof do you have? You should have pressed charges that day.
Yes you should try to press charges. That is the simple answer. Its going to be harder at this point since you didn't report it right a way. A lot of the evidence that law enforcement would need will have gone. But I would still try. Who knows, he might have done it to someone else, more recently. And your testimony in her case or hers in yours can get this guy off the streets. From personal experience, guys that wont take no for an answer have done it in the past and will do it again.
uhhhh YEAHHHHHHHHH you should.... its girls who are scared and worried about the whole process that let assholes like that GO FREE and able to do it to many other girls who are also scared and worried about the whole process how many innocent girls will you let this happen to? press charges.... press charges press charges... but you're right.. you did wait quite a while unless it was late july or august.. and you probably don't have any physical proof. but even if you lost in court.. he'd be in the system, and if it ever came up again, they'd see that he had been taken to court for it before... so.. if you lose, he gets to go free, and he does it again, then some other girl gets raped and DOES call the cops, then, they'll see that he had gone to court before for the same thing.... and.. that looks very bad for his case the second time... tell one of your advisors at school about it... they'll be all over it... poor thing... aside from all of that... don't let it change who YOU are... i understand the feelings you have, but.... don't let it shape YOU.... you are NOT worthless. you were just put in a bad situation... it happens to a lot of people unfortunately...
