Question:

I went 40KM over a speed bump did I do damage?

****! its raining and its dark and I just wanted to go home quick and I didnt see a speed bump and I went over it with my mustang gt that I just got 4 days ago now I feel as if its less powerful than before but thats probably in my mind, do u think i did any damage? it went over the bump fast but skidded under a bit

Answer:

I have been hit by just about every bug there is. I don't wear a helmet, so those bugs hit me in the face quite often. Most bugs rate a 1 or 2, but occasionally you get that bug that was on steroids and they do hurt a bit, but nothing more than about a 5 or 6 at the worst. I agree with Biker for Life that rain hurts more than bugs. The rain feels like needles going into your face. It does help wash off the bugs though.
There is lots of cute reasonable baby clothing at places like KMart, WalMart Target. You might try a local resale shop for clothes since kids outgrow them so fast.
Smoke alarms monitor the voltage of the battery and use that to gauge the remaining capacity and ability to sound the alarm. Sometimes removing and reinstalling the battery will make a better connection and give you a brief reprieve from the low battery alert. Raising the temperature of the room (probably not practical or desirable) will increase the chemical activity within the battery slightly which may result in an ever so slight increase in battery voltage. Are there any stores in your area that sell batteries and are open 24 hours? Can you borrow a battery from a radio or toy? Don
