If a mild steel is in contact with copper which metal will corrode and which will be protected and why?
just from my experience, we get given mild steel parts that need replacing due to rust, and quite often they're literally falling to pieces, if it's a switchboard that is rusting, the copper bars inside will still be in pretty good condition.
