I have a 96 Accord that OEM alarm that siren will NOT shut off. The alarm is no longer used, so disconnecting the siren doesn't matter. I just worried if I clip the two wires the alarm will try to lock the ignition or something, even though its not connected all the way (Botched removal job by a shop after it locked the ignition for no reason).TLDR: I cut siren wires, car still work? y/n
The issue is - was the rapist mentally competent enough to know that what he was doing was wrong? Anybody who can tell right from wrong is responsible for thier actions. (And anybody who cannot needs to be locked up for everybody's safety.)
