How hot will the other side get?
It depends on the heat transfer and power of the heat source to the copper and on how intensely that other side is cooled. If the other side is submerged in boiling water it will be a bit over 100 degrees (around 150 say) ; if streamed by cold water it could even be below 100; if in fairly still air it may well get very close to 800 degrees.
