If there are two smoke detector looking things next to eachother, do you think one is a carbon monoxide detect?

I have the iHome iP9 and for that for the alarm to go off you have to first press the number off alarm its on and then press it again and you should see and alarm icon. If it turns off press it again and it is a problem with the sond or something else. Hope that wasn't to confusing.
