All you would need to do is throw some matter in one direction, and you would move in the opposite direction.
you could spit. That would move you. You could throw a heavy rock.
I am not sure I understand this question. If you are in space, can you move around without machinery? Yes, you can. An ion engine has no moving parts. A solar sail would work as well. The only moving parts you would need, would be those needed to control the angle of the sail. Did I get close?
