You don't mention your primary purposeHowever, owning both brands I would give the nod to the RRATheir parts are very high quality and usually better bang for the buckIn this case the RRA build makes more sense to meThe 2nd one has a VMATCH barrel? What chamber is it? Usually the match grades have a tighter chamber which will give you better accuracy but will limit what you can shoot out of it (223 match usually can't shoot 5.56 surplus ammo)16 match is also not a general combo I would recommend.
