Im trying to figure out what motorcycle comes stock with a fat tire?

Ive seen motorcycles riding around and they look kinda harley lookin but i cant tell. They have a fat tire on the back i know that. And i cant figure out who makes it, and what model it is. It kind of looks like the bike in batman or tron
