for example i know in the watery cave level 40-green wonderfuls and level 45 blue wonderfuls also what floors (in any of the mines) have gold ore, i cant find it anywhere right now i have 2 and thats after going to all of the mines several times i find rare ore more often then i find gold ore

Typically, lower floors have gold ores. If you go to Watery Cave in the 20s and 30s, there may be some. Here's a list, it might not contain all the floors, but still.
