It is best to have experience. I wouldn't hire anyone with out experience because this puts a huge liability on the company if the operator happened to have had an incident that an experienced operator would have known to avoid. I know that the age-old saying is kicking in here, people have asked themselves how can I get experience if I am not hired on, but how can I get hired without experience?
