tire on snowblower flat. can not seem to make edge of tire seal around rim to inflate
The rope noose others mentioned will work if the rim is in good condition A rusted rim will not allow tire bead to make airtight seal. If that's the case a, tire shop can clean up rim apply sealant. An innertube will fix problem if that fails.
The last time I had this problem, I used a piece of rope around the center of the tire. By pulling the rope tight, it forces the tire to bead to the rim. You may also want to clean the bead first with a light soapy water mixture. Hope this helps
The bead seal is broken. You might need to take it to a tire repair place. They have a machine that blasts air into the tire to re-seal the bead. It is pretty hard to do it by yourself. Good luck friend.
