instructions to put on a cold air intake for my 96 Eclipse?

I just bought a cold air intake but it didnt come with instuctions

Answer:

eMail the company. They will send them to you.
Go on line and find a auto repair manual for your vehicle. There are tons of repair books and information out there if you search, and there for free.
If it is a Cold Air Induction System Unit that you purchased from like AEM, Skunk2, whatever company. I am guessing you have the non-turbo eclipse. Below is just a general discussion on removing the existing intake system. Unhook all wired connection on the intake system that connect to the intake inlet housing. remove the intake intlet housing, along with the intake box, and connecting items. Once all removed, install new intake system. It's suppose to be as simple as that. I have attached a link to a PDF from AEM on a 1995 to 1999 Eclipse Non-Turbo. If it doesn't work, email me and I will forward the PDF to you, or I can find the schematic for the turbo one if that is the one you have.
You could insert wire or cable inside the tube so when bent it will keep an opening in the bend.
