A few years ago there was a scare about the foam type insulation containing formaldehyde, there is another formaldehyde scare concerning the fema trailers for the Katrina victimsWhat type of insulation is best? Foam, fiberglass or cellulose for walls in existing homes?

the problem with the fema trailors is the treatment of the wood not the insulationfoam seals any holes but has a lower r value than other insulation fiberglass is as good as you can get,but look for a higher R valuer 15 is sufficent in most walls.

if you mean what you type stab a hole in the side of the apple till it comes out the other end and then where the stem sticks out till they connect with a screw driver then get some tin foil poke little hole in it with a pin and there you go
