I'm currently building a $500 range temporary gaming computerThis is only temporary until i have the money to put together my main buildI will be making the first one into a Minecraft/Home Server and build my main $1500-$2000 Ivy Bridge i7 machineWould you recommend the Intel Core i3 2125 or the AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition for games then a server? Upgrade path does not matter because i have no plans in making any major upgrades to this buildI would also like to make this as inexpensive as possibleAny response appreciated!!
AMD phenom II X4965BE is 10 times better than IntelIf you have any logic into computer specs, you would definetely go for the AMD one, i3 duo is really slow, and is not suitable for gaming at all IMO, on the other hand, amd phenom II x4965be has great speed for the price it provides.
