introduce and explain equipment which are attached to the boiler and their aplication in the steam power plant?

Answer:

A common boiler has at least one steam drum on top of it. Some have as many as 3. The purpose of the drum(s) is to hold water to make steam to send to the turbine. Water gets to this drum(s) by a boiler feed pump. The drum(s) has to be able to keep a certain level so that u dont overflow or run out of water so there is a control valve to control the amount of water that goes into the drum from the feed pump. There are many tubes that are inside the boiler which the water/steam flow through in order to pick up heat from the boiler. The purpose of these tubes is to conduct heat while directing the flow path of water/steam.
