I have seen Spider man beaten Iron man many times in the comic were they both look beat up and bloody. At the end Spider man was always the last one standing. (That was probably Iron Spider man Im not sure) Even Captain America can beat Iron man. If you watch the battle between them in Youtube in this comic called The America Civil War Captain America could have killed Iron man yes killed Iron man. The thing is Iron man isn't really that powerful, the only thing that going for him is his brain, tech, and extremis and that it.
