What foods should I eat if i want to get a good amount or iron?

Natural source spinach. Also try supplements under the guidance of a physician.
red meat Beef, Bison - that is the best source of iron Iron supplements - you can find iron supplements and most multi-vitamins have an iron component also, many green veggies have iron - especially SPINACH
Spinach is probably the best source of iron. I suggest that you get your iron from vegetable as opposed to meat.
