every morning and night use commercial acne medicine (clearasil, proactive, ect) and then twice a week, use a facial mask at night search on google 'facial mask' and they have ones you can make at home! or you can also search on youtubei would do the facial mask because it will make you feel important, and have more confidencealso while you have it on, take a bath, and just treat yourself nicely :)

I like to use proactive a lot but if you want a less expensive one Neutrogena products work for me too but it all depends on how your skin is my gets oily big time.
