my iron board cover has brown spots all over it due to steam ironing. I washed it in a washer but sots still persists. What should i do to clean it?
Ironing board covers periodically should be replaced. They aren't that expensive. If the brown spots are from steam ironing.I'd be concerned that this problem may damage my clothes. You could contact the mfg of the product and ask if you can run vinegar through the iron removing the iron build up. Otherwise if the spots don't transfer to your clothes, I wouldn't worry about it.
Those brown stains are usually burn marks from that mentioned iron and wont go out anymore. But of course you can try to bleach them and those stains might get a bit smaller. Just drop a bit of thick bleach onto that stain and rub it in to it.than rinse properly and let it dry
