i learnt fire alarm emits an alpha particle current, and alpha is really ionising and bad for your body. i got really freaked out after that, cause im on a top bunk and when i sit up my head is very close to the fire alarm, is that bad for me?
Smoke detectors have a life span and after that it should be replaced. They usually go about 5 years or some even 10 but when they start giving you trouble signals ( which is what the beeping is all about) its time to replace it. It is not a hard job but if you are not comfortable with a bit of wiring best to get someone who is to help you. Good Luck
no its not but just for safety get some dish washing gloves in case if you touch a part of the ps3 thats not meant to be touched and could leave a finger print on it good luck
