Disconnect them. If they can't simply be disconnected then.. Turn off the main breaker, snip the wires, then cap the wires with wire nuts. When you go to the fuse box to turn off the main first look to see if the company they came from didn't install a fuse just for them. If there is a designated fuse then just click it off.

Just focus on your work. Focus on the metal and your torch and forget about all the lookyloos. You're a girl, you should be used to guys looking at you. Ignore them and let them figure out how to weld themselves. Every welder that wanted to let me the engineer know I was too close to his work, sprayed me with sparks accidentally. Feel free to have an accident if they get out of line.
