It's either the vintage ponytail or the quiff. I can't remember which one, but i hope i helped. You could always type in vintage ponytail and the quiff into google images and see which one comes up with the hairstyle you're talking about.
In most cases they must be restarted or fire and rescue personnel must take quick steps to safely remove passengers. Time is of the essence when removing trapped passengers, because many people have panic attacks and go into shock when confined in a stalled elevator
