Question:

Is it fair to give one employee more time to hit goals but give other two weeks or she's fired?

So my girlfriend is in sales She's new, 3 months in and they plan to fire her this week if she doesn't get 3 sales. Yet another employee on the same team has been on the same status for months and they won't fire her. Is this not favortism in the workforce? What should she do? I told her to go to HR. file a favortism/discrimation complaint against the coach and gm

Answer:

i'm not sure, but i know it has to do with light being reflected. thats a really good question!
A paintball mask with a neck guard, thick gloves, your airsoft rife and a pistol or if you don't have a rifle, bring 2 pistols. Also wear at least 5 layers of clothing.
The silver coating on a mirror is highly conductive at optical wavelengths, so much more energy is reflected off the mirror than transmitted through (since infinite conductivity does not exist, you actually can't get total reflection, but you can get close). In general, you may have noticed how polished metals are shiny.
The back of a piece of glass is coated with a highly reflective material. The light from objects are directly reflected back. Depending on the angle of the glass, the light can be reflected back at a greater than (convex mirror) or less than (concave mirror) 90 degree angle.
