Do residents feel safer knowing it will take a few extra minutes for cops and ambulances to reach their home if their street is covered in speed bumps?

place the potato in aluminum foil and wrap it up. get a really large magnifying glass and focus the beam of the sun on the foil. it could take a very long time but the foil should heat up and the potato will bake inside.
If you have allot of cd's I would make a top out of that with dental floss. kind of like a halter type thing mainly in front and tie the sides together in the back. that way its an open back. fishing line would work better its almost clear. Oh ya turn the cd's around so its the underside showing. more colorful. you can add a few to your hair also after putting in a small pony tail. do one on each side of the head. this looks awesome. Maybe get some new small towels and stitch it up the sides of the skirt with heavy lace. I would use black. or use huge safety pins. kind of a retro 80's look. Hand towels would be a great size for this. then top it off with a safety pin belt. then use a black eyeliner pencil and draw a line up the back of your legs like its a pair of really old pair of pantyhose. and then spray hair spray on it to keep it from smearing. I do this on my makeup. its awesome. Or if you want use baby blankets. they are so soft and there is more of it. same participle though on the safety pins. would be totally awesome. Lisa B.
