Is this a legal action? My landlord says due to complaints of speeding, speed bumps have to be put in and they are expensive. He then stated that he would be issuing tickets to speeders for $100 to be put towards paying for these speed bumps. Is this legal?
Every time you change paper type, you have to set your printer. Go to Start - printer and faxes(device and printer) - printing preferences - paper tab and set paper you use - OK - try to print again with this paper that you have set . Good luck !
Not knowing the brand of engine makes this tougher, but in general, all OHV engines have some type of locking mechanism to hold the valve settings in place after adjustment. With that said, and it's always tough to diagnose something without seeing it, sounds to me like either the valve train has excessive wear, either from age or overloading on a regular basis, or the lock nuts or clips are damaged. You should never have to adjust the valves after every use! If the engine's 8-10 years old or more, it's probably just normal wear, and it's time for a new engine or piece of equipment. If it's 5 years or newer, I'd bet on damaged locking parts. I'd recommend you take it to a qualifed repair shop, but if that's not possible, a few drops of Blue Loctite should help. Don't use red Loctite! It makes a permanent bond!! Hope this helps! :-)
