Drill a hole in the bottom, but look, use a piece of tape with a cross marked on it and tape the bottle up - drill through the cross and the tape. If the bottle breaks the tape will hold it together and hopefully prevent injury. You should wear glasses when working with glass, and safety gloves, and perhaps a vice to keep the bottle still whilst you drill. If you haven't got a vice, then place the bottle on the floor, put two blocks of wood beside it, and then trap it all together with your feet. This will distance you feet from the drilling bit, so that if it slips, it should only go into the wood, and not the foot. But this all seems to much trouble to me, go buy yourself a proper bong, or give up the drugs.
