1. Hide your phone in another room, far away from whatever room you study in. You're not allowed to get it back until you're done with your homework for the day. 2. I understand the internet thing, since so much homework these days has to be done on the computer. I'd suggest a timer, but those are easy to ignore when you're procrastinating. Honestly, try giving up most of these sites cold-turkey, and give yourself little non-internet rewards when you go 3 days, 7 days, etc. without ever going on meme sites (or any other sites that serve no purpose in your life other than distraction)
