The part that is holding the wipers is rusted and I want to replace them. Is it possible to replace? If so, how much and where can I get them?

Advance Auto or Auto Zone should carry them and they should change for you too for free. If I remember correctly there's a clip holding it on to the knob but it wasn't that easy to remove. I'd definitely try those two places first.
