My mother,wife,5 year old ,9 month old, and I were rear ended at about 50 mph. Party at fault's insurance already paid for vehicle and accepted liability. Having never been in this situation we decided to call an attorney. We were quickly met at our home with a representative of the law firm we called. After describing our accident and showing her the damage to our car we asked how they could help. She flat out told us we were looking between 3-5k after medical and lawyer's fees and 2k for each of the children from her experience.My wife and I suffered soft-tissue damage and whiplash,while my elderly mother has been advised by her private doctor to goto therapy other than a chiropractor. My wife and I are still hurting, but could only go to chiropractor for 3 mos. due to job and car issues. Now our lawyer has sent offer to the insurance company, but is now telling us we may only get $500.00 above medical in worst case. Is it too late to fire them and file paperwork ourselves?

When I first read this question I thought it said few that k1ke and I became violently offended, but now I'm thinking this is some kind of drug reference which is way over my head so I'm still a little offended.
I am one of those girls who always go for jerks. This year i actually gave a nice guy a chance!!! yay for me :) The funny thing is at first i wasn't going to, but i realized that he was a good person who would never hurt me. Once i gave him a chance he was perfect! So in answer to your question.the jerks at first seem more exciting. We don't see them as the jerks they are. They're just able to keep our intrest longer. Then once you get into a relationshipyou keep thinking that you can change the jerk but you never will! One day every girl wakes up and finds her a nice guy. She just has to go through a few jerks before she realizes how NICE the nice guy really is.
You can take a picture if you want, however you have no way of proving you did not move your car and then take the picture. However, they will have a picture.
