No problem. Just throw a 75 tooth chainring on the cranks and an 11 tooth cog on the back wheel. Then, once you get going, you'll be able to fly. Just get really mad before you start riding (you said your skin turns green and your muscles bulge when you're mad, right?)

I think you better plan on sabotage. DNF may not do it as you will be a DNF as well. Flat both his tires before the race - that's your only chance and even then he could likely patch both tires and still beat you easily.
Get the bloody staff on it. If you can't run your household get an estate manager.
