I received a StChristopher (patron saint of travelers) necklace before I came over to Thailand for a year of student exchange. The necklace has been fine (I wear it in the shower) and after 5 weeks, in one day it goes black? Is it tarnished or what? How can I fix it, as it means a lot to me.Please remember my options are limited because I don't know how Thailand works yet!
buy turkey bagsthey are the best invention and no fail recipes insideYou can add your potatoes and just cook itThe best pan to use is a turkey panwith a cover.
Congrats, and don't freak out! Cooking a turkey is actually fairly easyMake sure you buy a large turkey roaster pan (go someplace like Target and look in their kitchen and home aisle)You can get frozen turkeys at any food market, and the best thing about them is they will tell you on the package how to cook them!! You can also go to the Food Networks website and find info and recipesGood luck!
Congratulations MrsKristen! Now this is NOT rocket science !! Everyone has given good suggestions, links, and adviceONE suggestion I will add is: Get a small turkey NOW and do a practice run !! You can learn from it and have turkey meat to put in the freezer or sandwiches for your new husbandRoasting Pan, rack, and a Baster are your toolsNOW, a few errors to avoid: 1) Make sure your Roasting pan fits in your OVEN !! make sure your TURKEY fits in your Roasting pan and your oven !! (honest, my sister-in-law made this error one year in a new house) 2) Make sure you defrost your turkey on time if you bought it frozen3) The evening before, check your instructions, weight of bird and count BACKWARDS to determine WHEN you need to start !! I'm a guyhave been cooking my turkey for the last 8 yrsGOOD LUCK
