the clicking could be a knackered or worn cv joint (expensive), though it could well be and hopefully it is just the tie rod end; these are relatively cheap and easy to fix.
Wheel bearing,,Try to buy USA made
It sound like you have several problems. The noise going over speed bumps could be a tie rod end. Tire wear will show up on tire as wear on the in side or out side of the tire. It can sound like granding at slow speed and feel like car is be held back. It could be the brake not releasing. But you would not have the speed bump problem. It could be the wheel bearin on that side. But again not the speed bump problem. Turn left and make a noise is saying it is the wheel bearing. On a front wheel drive vehicle's it could be that side drive drive axle. The engine cutting off in park after an oil change. Yes, some could had been knox loose or it could had beed something that has started up. It seem it would be doing it in any gear you are in not just park. It could the safe switch has got out adjustment or has got bad. But that is unlikely. It is usually a no start in park, not a cut off. But is posible. You may want to take it to a better shop with trained mechanics. To find you problems they will hap to do some basic tests.

If I were you I would get my car out of that shop ASAP. Get a personal referral from someone you trust to an independent auto service shop. Do not go to any of the chain or franchise type of auto service places. When you've found an independent shop take your car to them for a diagnosis and repair. If you're happy with the service you've received, give them all of your automotive repair and service work. You won't regret it, since loyal customers are the lifeblood of a good, independent shop.
