The conditioner thing your talking about should help.. But make sure you get the split ends TRIMMED regularly and it will grow much faster, Drink lots of milk ( believe me it helps ) And try putting the straightner and heated hair tools to one side for 2 or 3 weeks, maybe curl your hair with mousse or something that wont damage it for a while, os that your hair can have a break
i would get free Comodo antivirus and fire wall and use them insted of zone alarm and avari also i would only run one anti virus (more can conflict and slow your computer alot)
