I wanted to try OCM but I cant find cold pressed castor oil all I have seen at my local drugstores are the stimulant laxative... HELP! thank youuuu (:
You fool.!! It's cold pressed castor oil you need. Hot pressed willed give you coughs, colds, sore holes AND tightness of the dicky !!
You should be able to find cold pressed caster oil at your local health food store. Heritage and Home health are two of the brands that I'm most familiar with. Both are cold pressed with no chemical extractions. Stay away from the ones at the drug store, they are processed with chemicals. Good luck and be well.
