Question:

Is the thread at the two ends of the card sleeve the same?

Direct connections as shown in Fig.G1/4.If you do not use the card sleeve, can the thread of the card sleeve be directly connected with the internal thread of the G1/4?

Answer:

Sleeve type pipe joint sealing pipe joint is applicable to oil, water, gas and other non corrosive or corrosive medium, with plastic pipe specifications are flexible, and pipeline connection, has the characteristics of reliable connection, good sealing performance, so it is widely used in oil refining, chemical industry, light industry, textile, defense, metallurgy, aviation, shipbuilding and other systems; also suitable for hydraulic transmission of various mechanical engineering, machine tools and other equipment pipeline.
Some of the threads at the two ends of the sleeve are the same, but some are not the same. Different types of card sleeve connectors will also make a difference. As shown:
InequableThe card sleeve is divided into two types: a single card sleeve and a double clamp sleeveThe sleeve end thread single card is generally metric thread, 6mm or 1/4 "card sleeve thread is M12*1.5."G1/4 is pipe thread with fixed thread, outer diameter and pitchDouble card for UNF fine thread (also have metric teeth, but already very little), and G1/4 internal thread is even more not matching
