I have a 95‘ Camaro and when i turn the wipers on they both miss a big spot where the lower left side of the blade meets the windshield. I have tried just about every blade out there from the cheap to the new high end Bosch. I have even called a couple of manufactures to see if they have a fix but the said due to the curvature of my windshield they do not have a blade that could hug the curvature of my windshield. Any idea of any fix or a wiper out there that could preform a lot better?
Rain-X and Bosch both now make wiper blades that are designed to hug the curvature of your windshield. You will pay a lot more but they work great. $25-$30 each
Make sure the metal tips that hold the blade in place are not too close to the ends. This will cause the blade to bow instead of follow the contour of the glass. Also, pull the arms away from the glass, and bend the wiper end of the arm closer to the windshield. This will increase the pressure of the blade. Do both these things, and your wipers will not miss a single spot. Hope this helped you and good luck!
it may look that the spring-loaded down rigidity of the wiper arm is inadequate to press the blade against the glass in some factors of that is shuttle.attempt bending the arm via pulling it removed from the windshield and bend it interior the middle particularly to stay with greater downforce to the blade. If that fails to spectacular the situation, set up a clean armafter 10 years, the spring may be getting vulnerable. some aftermarket blades like Rain-X are heavier in layout or no longer as versatile as customary ones and can reason subjects like yoursI desire to easily use customary equipment Anco or Trico blades of excellent high quality.
