the question was is there a system that can control the temperature in different parts of the house(or zones) for example i wants to be able to program whole system to to be turned off from 9pm-5pm then from 5pm-8pm just cool or heat zone 1 them from 8pm-12am cool/heat zones 1 and 2 then 12am-8am cool just zone 2(and to complicate things more cool zone 3 when motion is detected)and all this using the existing central a/c system. come to think about something like an access control system but to control some kind of vent control valve. instead of mag locks. please contact me with any ideas or possible solutions.
I had this ensue to a minimum of one in each of my tenants. The lock on the mailbox broke. She observed as me. regrettably, the vendors of the development are actually not responsible for upkeep of the mailboxes. Mailboxes are federal and the post workplace is the guy who has to manage it. you will desire to call the post workplace and get them to repair the lock. the owner cant touch it.
In some cases the post office will send someone to change/fix the lock for a $25 fee.

Well they are a mail box and it is against the law to post anything on them or put anything that did not come in the mail in them but the management is responsible for their maintenance. This is a private facility not a post office. You still do not get to hire someone to do it. No Licensed Locksmith will touch it without proof of ownership. If they did they could lose their license and may face criminal charges. As would you. You don't' own it. Bust the landlords chops. If it continues go to your local renters rights group for help.
