becos i know theres the reflector type material from torches and i know some light shade use prism and glasses but is there mirror? or do they not use it cos it might start a fire?

its completely safe i drove around my GMC jimmy with 4 out of 5 lugs and it was completely fine and its been that way for about 2 years now. but i do recommend you do fix it just in case, but its not necessary right away.
Yes the wheel is not going to fall of tomorrow but do get it replaced at your earliest convenience. It just puts that much more strain on the other studs. Believe me if the manufacture thought four was enough they would not have gone to five.
It is safe, just wait until it is fixed to go off road or defy the the speed limit. It does not clamp the brake drum or rotor correctly so get it fixed before you wind up with warped drums or rotors, lug studs aren't to expensive to replace.
