Is there a material that can change in to 6 or more colors by using various volts and or amps of electricity?

for example the color is white until 9 volts are sent thew it. then changes to blue and it stays blue even when there is no electric charge going to it or changes color when a different voltage is applied.

Answer:

it is in orbit - effectively it is falling back to earth but keeps missing and going round the other side. It's hooked onto Earth by gravity.
it's not hooked or anything it's following earth's rotational axis. one reason why they call station orbital space station. it purpose is for living in orbit for weeks or months. it does not have a propulsion system. there were few other space stations than iss (international space station) one of them was mir a russian space station. there are computers or computer on bored the space station correcting it's path along earth's orbit.
A Laser would do the job great you can get a small laser table for $1,600 but buying a drill from home depot would be much cheaper. With the laser you could put text and pictures on your jewelery. Just a thought.
LadySpace is a fabric, and you can think of it as a rubber sheet or a trampoline. Large objects, like Earth, like the Sun, actually WARP or BEND space. Anything that gets near it, if it's small enough like the space station, forms an orbit around these large objects. Gravity is what is keeping the space station from flying away. The space station is in an orbit around Earth, as are thousands of other satellites.
floating' and nothing is keeping it there but the gravity hold that Earth has on it..
