You will have no problem of course but the driver will have a fine of 5000 AED!!!
The driver is illegal, not you. My friend once had a fight with the car lift driver, so she called the police. The police caught the driver for knowing him as a car lift driver and did not care what kind of problem he had with my friend. I dont know what happened with the guy, but nothing happen with my friend.
