Question:

Is there a Sensor that will detect body heat when entering a room?

It will stay on even if you’re not moving. (Like an open circuit) Something that will detect Human body temperature and not just a motion sensor. Unlike a motion sensor it will pick up movement but will than turn off after a designated time frame unless you pass by it again it will turn on. If so what kind of sensor is that called?

Answer:

Ya, you can smoke inside. I've lived in apartments exclusively for the past 4 years, unfortunately. I have never set a smoke alarm off yet. There is no need to open windows or anything like that. If it does go off big deal. Put the cigarette out. Other than the inherent dangers of smoking, enjoy the warmth!
Sounds like you have picked up spyware called Smitfraud. There are various types, but lack of access to your Control Panel is one of the common features. If it asks you to purchase an application to get rid of it, DON'T. It will only make things worse.
