Is there a jack/riser I can buy and lift the car up where I can stand under it? Light sedan type car.Just wondering, googled it and found nothing.

Sure. The equipment cost about $2000 depending on the features. Don't know how much for installation. Many people have it to park one car on top of another.
You can find car various car lifts on craig's list but you'll still pay at least 1 to 4k. Assuming you have room for it at home.
